9. Chargebacks and Disputes

However, in the event of a chargeback or dispute initiated through your payment provider, you agree to pay a non-refundable fee of $50.00 to cover administrative costs. We also reserve the right to take legal action to recover costs associated with chargebacks, including attorney fees.
We retain the right to block or suspend accounts of customers who repeatedly file chargebacks without resolution or cause. We also reserve the right to report chargeback fraud to the appropriate authorities.

We take fraud prevention seriously and reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or freeze accounts if we suspect fraudulent activity. This includes, but is not limited to, fraudulent credit card transactions, identity theft, or any behavior that we deem harmful to the integrity of our business.
