Return & Exchange Policy: Simple, Gracious, and Secure
At Freedom In Jesus, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. We are committed to making returns and exchanges as easy and convenient as possible, while also ensuring fairness and protecting both our customers and our business.
Return & Exchange Window
You have 45 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items. We want you to love your purchases, but if it’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
How to Make a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at UnifiedInFaithLLC@gmail.com or through our website to begin the return or exchange process.
- Return/Exchange Process: You’ll receive a pre-paid return label to send back your items.
- Pack Items Securely: Please ensure the items are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached) to avoid any issues with your return or exchange.
- Send It Back: Once your return or exchange request is confirmed, drop off your package at your nearest carrier location, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Exchanges
If you’re looking for a different size, color, or style, we’ll gladly assist you with an exchange. We strive to offer free exchanges on all qualifying products. If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue a full refund instead.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to process.
Fraud Prevention & Abuse Protection
To maintain fairness for all our customers and protect against fraudulent activities, we reserve the right to review return and exchange requests for signs of misuse, including but not limited to:
- Excessive Returns or Exchanges: If a customer demonstrates a pattern of frequent returns or exchanges, we may limit future returns or exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
- Used Items: We cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, or damaged. Items that show signs of use, including but not limited to stains, odors, or worn tags, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Return Abuse: Customers who engage in abusive return behavior, including but not limited to “wardrobing” (wearing items and returning them) or returning items after extended use, may be flagged for future monitoring, and we may refuse service or returns at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and safety, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:
- Undergarments or intimate apparel
- Swimwear (unless unopened and in original packaging)
- Personalized or monogrammed items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in quality control, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out immediately. We will provide a full refund or exchange, along with a prepaid return label.
Abuse of Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, but please be mindful of excessive or fraudulent return and exchange requests. Repeated return abuse may result in restrictions on your ability to return or exchange future purchases.
